I don’t think trying the groin-bomber in a military court is willy-nilly throwing out core principles of the United States justice system or would be motivated by officials liking or disliking an accused criminal, person, or action.

Obama just did another Bush speech – “dismantle and destroy”. I guess he’s transitioning his campaign focus a bit. Hell, he even called the attempted terrorist an “attempted terrorists.” Of course, right now he’s not being interrogated. He’s being treated for burns and enjoying the right to remain silent with his lawyer – complements of the people he’s trying to kill.
