Obama doesn’t want to discredit the opposition by validating the accusation that it’s American influence causing the up rise. When the election was getting stolen and people were getting killed in the streets, Obama politely called it a debate. (I bet he’d like to debate Fox like that.) To answer the Iranians chant, “You are for or against us.” Obama gave something similarly polite.
*sigh* I think Obama might still be convinced he can charm these jerks into abandoning their ambitions… Last I heard the clergy called for ‘everyone’ to cut communication with Obama.
