This is a good graphic representation of the political ‘spectrum’.

There is a silly test you can take to see where you fall on this chart, nolanchart.com Although it isn’t a fair test. I fell just on the Libertarian side of the line between it and Conservative. I have a feeling the guy who made this was Libertarian. Just take the survey (test) and you’ll know what I mean. Read more... (144 words, 1 image, estimated 35 secs reading time)

Here’s the Wikipedia article on Reconciliation: Wikipedia Reconciliation Act
Basically the original intent was to pass unsavory changes to keep a reasonable budget. But since it passed in 1974, the two parties have taken turns in the majority and each time raised the precedent for abuse of Reconciliation. Read more... (608 words, 3 images, estimated 2:26 mins reading time)

Can you believe these guys ramping up to use Reconciliation to pass the Senate bill? Oh my… You know – when Brown ganked Massachusetts, the evil partisan strategic side of me was like – Oh sweet destiny. Let them come. Oh – let them come. Draw them into the teeth of our forces. Harden their hearts and confuse their minds. Oh – let them use Reconciliation. Oh sweet arrogance – let them use Reconciliation.

I just need this quick rant. Diane Reims read a letter a moment ago. It went something like this, in regard to the new Afghan offensive: I think Obama is taking big gamble. Success is fleeting. The solution is not guns and rockets. I think we should buy the opium harvest outright. Read more... (834 words, 3 images, estimated 3:20 mins reading time)

Oh that’s easy. One of the causes of these problems is tax cuts for the rich. And the way you get jobs is put people back to work.
Then people feel good about this and that and spend money, your boy, healthcare, and so on…

Divinity Dove, Dr. Dove, and Professor Dove suggested some incentives to bring young professionals and
businessmen to Michigan to help revitalize the state. For example, full spectrum lights, student loan assistance, parks and nature development along the detroit river, etc. Good grief you guys. You are recent graduate (wana-be) x-Michiganders. Would any of that shit keep you in Michigan? No. Of course not. You’re going to go where the opportunity is that opens up to you. So – Michigan needs opportunities opening up in Michigan if they want to keep young people. Not the other way around. Read more... (757 words, 3 images, estimated 3:02 mins reading time)

If you want me to be serious I’m going to have to blow the valves clean first:
I think the wisest first step is to kill the union leaders with Predator drone strikes while doing everything possible to break up their networks. We could post snipers across the street from bowling allies and mark up their credit reports so they can’t buy that new model every other year. Read more...
